As a Bilingual Supply Coordinator, you arrive at the office each day ready to support the Supply Department’s goals by maintaining updated shipping schedules and priorities. You publish weekly shipping schedules internally and maintain a priorities spreadsheet with suppliers. Because most of our suppliers are in Latin America, you enjoy being able to use your bilingual skills as you interact with them. You produce supplier performance evaluations which involves gathering, tracking, and publishing information on our suppliers each quarter.

Additionally, you handle sample tracking and DHL shipments. After receiving samples, you put them away in the freezer and ensure that they are labeled properly. You also assist with meeting coordination, agendas, and managing the master contract documentation. You find great satisfaction in keeping everything in order and ensuring our success.


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Spanish/English bilingual
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
