Plans and manages programs by commodity. Develops and implements supply strategic planning initiatives, trains, manages and develops supply management staff.

The Production Supervisor will lead and engage in all activities in the Food Processing and Production Operations of all personnel engaged in production processes, packaging processes, inventory control, monitoring quality management systems, sanitation processes, continuous improvement processes, equipment operation and control, and data reporting.Also, The Production Supervisor will assist and enforce all the documentation requirements to reflect continuous changes within the food manufacturing industry, the acquisition of new technologies, or changes directed by local, state, or federal government regulations, and the training requirements for employees in all facets of Safety and Food Safety, Administration Procedures, and Plant Operational Procedures.

Assists Maintenance Manager in maintaining production equipment, food processing systems and structures by performing inspections, preventative maintenance and modifications to support and to ensure work environment safety, food safety and quality management systems requirements. Complies with GMP, HACCP and Safety programs. Assists the Quality Assurance Department in maintaining quality management systems through adjusting, modifying, repairing and troubleshooting equipment to ensure food safety.
